Since 1987 Bill has served the homebuilding industry and helps improve builders’ controls and profitability through the application of integrated builder software and helping make it work to the client’s needs. Using process management techniques derived from the manufacturing industry and Deming models, Bill focuses on reducing cycle time, improving staff confidence and performance, concentrating on quality delivery, and streamlining a builder’s operational processes.  He accomplishes this by mapping operational guides that are specific to the user and target the “why” as well how to run the system.  He also serves as a “coach” to staff and management during the stressful process of system conversion and new staff training.  Bill was instrumental in designing the educational and consulting methods used by the FAST builder system. Today he works with all integrated builder systems, including Builder MT.

Bill has served as a state director with Washington Building Industry, and is long time writer to the Business Management Committee of NAHB. He is a repeated speaker at the International Builder’s Show.
